WHO WHAT WHERE
One of the five apprentices of the Master of Masters who was given the Book of Prophecies, Gula was the leader of the Union Leopardus. The second-youngest of the Foretellers (after Ava), he's remarked on as coolheaded and is probably the quickest thinker of the group. The role he was given was to ferret out the traitor by means of the information on the Lost Page, a piece of the Book of Prophecies that the Master entrusted only to him.
Initially believing it to be Aced, he confronted the "traitor" and was seriously injured. Seeing no other path forward, he attempted to summon Kingdom Hearts in order to make their Master return and fix everything, channelling all of the Lux of his Union into this endeavor. This could be said to be the true catalyst of the Keyblade War, as the other Foretellers directed their Unions into gathering even more Lux in order to prevent the summoning.
Regardless of anyone's intentions, Gula failed, in both his assigned mission and his attempt to bring his Master back. At the end of the game, he is in the company of the Player and Skuld (who have come to him seeking Ava, as she and Gula are known to have been friends) when the bell announcing the time of the battle rings. Like the other Foretellers, he leads his Union (or at least most of it, those who didn't flee the war with the Dandelions) to battle on the site that would later come to be known as the Keyblade Graveyard.
It is my belief that Gula probably figured out the Master's true intentions eventually; specifically, that the War was his intent, and that he was never coming back. It was simply, by then, too late to change course. This is based on the fact that the "Case of Gula" scene in Back Cover shows him as the only one who is able to follow the Master's thoughts in assigning the mission he did.
Under the hood, my headcanon for Gula's appearance is dark brown hair (very dark, even darker than Terra's) that's just long enough that it hangs instead of spiking. The tips are bleached to an almost white blond, and his eyes are an olive color between green and brown. He is small, as all KH teenagers are, and will probably never develop into the kind of tall powerhouses that the other male Foretellers (Ira and especially Aced) are. Even with his Keyblade drawn, Gula isn't particularly impressive or intimidating; his strengths are in speed and magic more than physical power.
RELATIONSHIPS
ROMANCE AND SHIPS: Gula is a new muse for me, so I honestly have no idea what he likes. I generally have a "ship happens" philosophy about RP; if you're interested in a ship, throw your characters at mine and let's see what happens.
NEGATIVE RELATIONSHIPS: Go for it. Gula is a very suspicious person, at least at this time, and he's prone to sneaking around as a result. Characters who prefer to do things with more open, honest methods might have a problem with that. Additionally, he's currently the only Keyblade Wielder not aligned with the Heralds of Light (he's opted to stay neutral from a "wait and see" attitude), which is another source of potential conflict.
OTHER RELATIONSHIPS: Gula is hard to make friends with, though he isn't closed off to the idea. He just has over a year of living by the last words his Master imparted to him - "Trust no one but yourself." Anyone who desires his friendship has to first clear that hurdle - but once they do, they'll find him to be extremely loyal on the other side. As a Master of the Keyblade, Gula is technically qualified to accept and train apprentices; however, he presently has no desire to do so.
CAST RELATIONSHIPS: as he's from KHUX, which is set Multiple Centuries before the majority of KH canon, Gula has no idea who most of his castmates even are. Thus, most of them will be regarded as wielders outside of the Union system; he'll be curious, but probably not overtly friendly, especially towards others who have attained the rank of Master. Towards other Foretellers, he's likely to be nervous and suspicious and, unless you're Ava, avoid the heck out of you.

TRIGGERS AND STUFF
IC TRIGGERS/OOC SQUICKS: Gula is a victim of emotional manipulation and abuse (though he doesn't realize it as such), which has the potential to come up in threads. Also, he's used to infighting that eventually lead to a "war" better termed a slaughter, which he took part in and died in.
OOCLY, I have squicks about large age gaps in ships, parasites (especially parasitic worms), graphic descriptions/images of internal organs, and a near-phobia of pregnancy. I'm okay with these as long as I'm warned beforehand.
ON FONTS: I have serious difficulty reading light colored fonts, especially at the default size Pantheon uses. Please do not make me highlight to actually read your posts? ;w;
